This report reviews 10 domains from the supplied DNX-style image list. The process follows the same research framework as the April 21 report: initial filter, DotDB validation, public buyer research, comparable-value reasoning, and a final pricing-gap verdict.

2. Initial Filter

Each domain passes a quick eye test before deeper research. The filter criteria used this week are TLD quality, name length, word count, category clarity, buyer pool visibility, and whether DotDB demand looks like real brand demand or noisy substring demand.

Each keyword was checked manually on DotDB from the screenshots provided. For this report, I separate exact-match count from total keyword matches. This matters because a short word like "had" can show a huge total count while not necessarily showing real brand demand for the exact name.

Summary

I did not have a fresh exported NameBio comparable set for this run, so the value ranges below are conservative estimates based on category strength, extension quality, WHOIS age, DotDB active-site count, and visible buyer pool. Before buying, I would still run exact NameBio comps for healthcare generics, 4-letter pronounceable .coms, travel geo .coms, fire/safety brands, and wellness brands.

  • MedicalCenters.com: My highest conviction pricing-gap pick. Even with only 6 active exact-match DotDB sites, $2,314 is low for a 1999 generic healthcare .com.
  • Yump.com: Probably the best pure domain-quality play in this batch. At $4,184, the 4L pronounceable .com floor gives a useful margin of safety.
  • BungeeJump.com: One of the cleanest pricing gaps on the list. The niche is narrow, but $3,507 is low for a 1997 exact-match .com.
  • GoldBeach.com: Good geo-domain value at $3,507. The main risk is that civic/tourism buyers can be slow, but the name is old and category-clean.
  • ZenithCore.com: Strongest buyer-signal name after Yump.com and MedicalCenters.com. The $2,900 price is attractive because the exact-match active-site count is high.
  • LifeHarmony.com: Good value at $2,995. The buyer pool is not enterprise-heavy, but it has multiple real wellness and coaching upgrade targets.
  • HelloFire.com: Good buy at $3,333 if outreach is focused. The name has a clear upgrade target and a credible safety-services category.
  • Everywhere.net: Worth considering only if the acquisition target is a mid-five-figure .net resale. I would not underwrite it like a .com.
  • had.ai: Interesting as a short .ai, but I would not treat the DotDB volume as real brand demand. At $5,000 the margin of safety is thin.
  • MakingCash.com: I would skip unless the goal is an affiliate/content play. The price already captures much of the obvious upside.
