I filtered a lot of domains today.

Some looked good because the phrase was clear.

Some looked good because the market signal was already there.

Some looked good for five seconds, then became much harder once the price, renewal, buyer pool, or conflict risk came into the picture.

That is usually where the real work starts.

A filtered list is not the same as a buy list.

The filtered list says:

This domain is worth analyzing.

The buy list has to answer a harder question:

Would I still want this after checkout, history, trademark, renewal, and buyer-path checks?

Today's results were useful because each bucket failed or passed for a different reason.

Research Result First

Here are the domains I filtered today, grouped by the type of research signal.

I am treating these as research candidates, not automatic buys.

Expired DomainsToolMeter.com, CRMApp.com, DocPlan.com, SitePop.com, MediaProject.com, FreeDev.com, SEOGuru.comMarket signal helps, but price and exact buyer fit still decide whether the name is worth chasing.
One word domainsTargeting.app, Documentation.dev, Lean.dev, Cool.dev, Biotech.soThe word can be strong and the deal can still be risky because premium renewals change the math.
